What You Can’t See Can Hurt You
99% of airborne particles are invisible to the naked eye. That includes
bacteria, molds, fungi, pet dander, tobacco smoke and other pollutants.

Particulates smaller than 1 micron in size are most important to
capture because they make up 99% of the number of particles
in your air and can be inhaled deep into the lungs. Typical
household particles can be from .001 to 100 microns in size
(the human hair is approximately 70 microns).

Your air quality system is designed to capture most airborne particles
before they recirculate into the air. Therefore, the more particles the system
can trap, the more efficiently the system can clean the air. That’s where
Honeywell Filters with new filtration technology can help.

Filtering What You Can’t See
Based on independent laboratory tests of leading brands, this Honeywell
Filter offers one of the highest efficiency ratings in capturing particles
between 0.3 and 1 micron in size from air passing through the filter.

Particles captured include bacteria, smoke, mold spores and other fungi.

Filtering What You Can See
Tests confirm that this Honeywell Filter provides a very high performance
rating in capturing particles between 3 and 10 microns in size from air
passing through the filter. Particles between 3 and 10 microns are classified
as E3 particles by ASHRAE.

Particles captured include pet dander, pollen and dust.

Doesn’t Support Mold Growth
The filtration material in this Honeywell Filter will not support the growth of
bacteria, mold, mildew or fungi in normal use.

Better Air Flow
With Honeywell Filters, outstanding filtration performance doesn’t come at
the expense of restricting air flow through your system. When changed
regularly, Honeywell Filters are designed to operate within the performance
parameters for today’s heating and air conditioning systems.

Designed To Last Up To 3 Months
Typically, Honeywell Filters should be changed at every 3 months, however,
some homes may require more frequent changes.
